David Shelly is firstPro, Inc.’s Vice-President, Professional Services. A respected industry veteran, Dave has more than 17 years of experience in executive search with an emphasis in the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering arena. Largely due to his commitment to building long-term strategic partnerships with clients, David has established relationships with global companies such as Raytheon Corporation, Solvay Polymers, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Sciele Pharma, Pactiv Corporation, Solectron Corporation and Goodrich Aerospace, as well as major consumer products companies such as Heinz Foods, Playtex Products, Elmer’s Products and Ocean Spray Cranberries. He has won numerous industry awards including President’s Club and the prestigious Dom Perignon award. David was recruited by firstPRO in 2005, and has been very successful in developing a team of recruiters and researchers. They have quickly and effectively built a solid network of candidates nationally in the Engineering, Operations, Quality, R&D, Sales and Marketing and Six Sigma professionals.
